Position: Assistant Manager - Accounts
Qualification: Bcom, B.B.A, B.M.S
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Chennai


Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Sales Invoice verification and circulating daily sales report
  • Managing receivables
  • Monitoring customers account and issuing supplementary Invoices and credit notes to customers based on price revision
  • Verifying receipts from customer and take immediate action on deduction or shortage if any.
  • Customers account reconciliation.
  • Preparing Inputs for GSTR -1, GSTR 3B and GSTR 9.
  • Maintaining of GST records.
  • Applying and closing customs bonds.
  • Monthly and annual inputs to statistical department
  • Employees Income tax computation.
  • Preparation of weekly reports.
  • Support for month end closing activities
  • Supporting for Budget activities.
  • Support of Office TPM activities.
Knowledge
  • Technical, Functional
  • Basic accounts knowledge
  • Computer knowledge (MS office & ERP)
  • GST and Individual income tax knowledge
