Job Description

1. Ensure timely and correct processing of the employee reimbursements and other employee benefits.
2. Maintaining the tracker of reimbursements and other Employee benefits.
3. Coordinating with Admin & Forex Vendor for procuring Forex to be given to Employees travelling abroad and correct accounting of all such advances.
4. Timely processing and settlement of travel claims for Employees as per Company Policy.
5. Should be able to handle employee queries and questions independently.
6. A self-starter and motivated Candidate is desirable and open to take additional responsibility.
7. Should be well versed with Excel and Other MS office Tools, Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage
8. 2+ years in Claims, reimbursement, Invoice processing
