Job Summary: The Finance and Accounting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization through accurate reporting, analysis, and financial decision-making. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and providing support to the finance team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Bank reconciliation
- Vendor reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audit.
Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.com/MBA/CA/Ca Inter.
- 5-15 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
