Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Updating purchase bills, passing journal entries of TDS related to jobworks, salaries, commissions on tally prime
2. Generating Sales Quotations, e-Invoices, packing list, e-waybills
3. Sending despatch details to customers via email
4. Customer order management (Maintaing record of orders and tracking/reviewing status after supplies)
5. Involving in packing process, guiding office staff to pack material as per invoice, cross check item and qty while despatch.
6. Updating bank statement, bank reconciliation
7. Maintaining inventory (Update stock of incoming goods and outgoing supplies)
