Position: Accounts Assistant Manager
Qualification: Bcom
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: Mumbai

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Daily posting Bank Receipt and Payment Entries in System
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Daily Import and Local Purchase and Expenses Invoice booking
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Complete knowledge of E Invoicing and E way Bill
  • Warehouse Management for Purchase Booking/ Inventory
  • Co Ordination with Logistic Team.
  • Monthly MIS Reporting
  • TDS workings, payments and return filing
  • GST Workings and Reconciliation
Desired Candidate Profile
  • B.Com or Any Post graduate in Finance Fields with experience in Accounting
  • Knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes
  • Knowledge of TDS Returns, Working and GST rules etc.
  • Excellent in Communication skills and Email drafting.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Aspects.
  • Good experience in Microsoft Excel such V. look up, Pivot etc and experience in using Accounting Softwares.
