IPO Manager / IPO Sr.Manager : JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced professional with signicant Initial Public Oering (IPO) experience, to
join our high performing team in ASG as a Manager/ Senior Manager. Here are the key responsiblities
an IPO manager:
IPO readiness assessments, due diligence, assessing a issuer companies nances and business project,
identifying opportunities risks, sensitive, and potenal migaons, and reporng on these to our
stakeholders, banks, investors and other pares.
• Bachelor\'s degree in nance, business administration, or a CA.
• A minimum of 3-8 years\' experience as an equity analyst in a related industry.
• Expert knowledge of industry-related securies including stocks and bonds.
• Ability to spot and track stock market trends, and act on investment opportunies.
• Detailed knowledge of nancial services plaorms including Bloomberg and Capital IQ.
• Experience with data modeling soware and techniques.
• Analycal thinking. Ability to develop and present nancial reports.
• Excellent communicaon skill, presentaon and report wring skills.
• Analyzing company nancial reports to determine the market performance of exisng securies.
• Using data modeling soware and methodologies to create nancial forecasts.
• Assisng with company inial public ongs (IPO), including a stock\'s value, capitalizaon, and
target price.
• Developing and delivering investment reports to the nancial manager and the investment team.
• Providing direcon and expert advice on securies to buy, sell, or hold.
• Monitoring industry and market trends for changes and investment opportunies.
• Staying up to date with the latest industry news including company sales and mergers.
• Preparing detailed internal investment reports as well as external reports for public presentaon.
The IPO manager is responsible for inisating and overseeing the enre IPO process. Collaborate with the companies key personnels, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth IPO journey.
Creating and Drafting Oer Documents:
The IPO manager assists in drafting the oer documents, including the Dra Red Herring Prospectus
(DRHP) and the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) providing essential information about the company, its
nancials, business model, risk factors, and the proposed IPO.
Coordinaon with Regulatory Authories:
The IPO manager works closely with regulatory bodies such as the Securies and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and stock exchanges.
They ensure that the oer documents comply with regulatory guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.

Pricing and Allocation Strategy:
The manager collaborates with the company to determine the IPO price based on market condition
demand, and valuation.
They decide on the allocation of shares to initial investors, retail investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Marketing and Roadshows:
The IPO manager practice in roadshows to promote the IPO among potential investors.
They engage with investors, analysts, and fund managers to generate interest and build demand.
Co-ordinang the Book-Building Process:
During the book-building phase, oversees the collecon of bids from investors.
Maintain the order book and ensure a fair and transparent process.
Lisng and Post-IPO Support:
Once the IPO is successful, the manager facilitates by maintaining the lisng of shares on stock exchanges.
Connue to provide support post-IPO, addressing investor queries and ensuring compliance.
