Accounting Manager, 5 to 11 years in Bangalore

Job Description

•  Maintain full and adequate books and records for project entities Meet all deadlines for service deliverables to parent company and investors
• Support Month End Close process through timely provision of all documentation to back office for recording
• Prepare and / or review monthly project level financial statements and workpapers and quarterly consolidated financial statements
• Document review for internal control and sox compliance purposes
• Lead Internal controls/sox compliance functions Catalog monthly and quarterly files in cloud-based network Banking/Treasury Management/Cash Flow Forecasting Prepare / review bank reconciliations and document sign-off for internal controls purposes
• Enter ACH payments for monthly expenses and distribution payments AR Track and monitor collection of all payments due includes revenue from PPA off-takers and manage accounts receivable provide support to Asset Managers where needed
• Provide AR Invoices to back-office team for monthly recording purposes LLC Distributions: Evaluate monthly distributions from available cash with Director of accounting and back office
