 Position: Accountant and Office Administration
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 6 years
Location: Ahmedabad

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge and experience of Accounting procedure
  • Manage Accounting & bookkeeping procedures
  • Perform billing and stock keeping activities
  • Maintain Sale Purchase register and Bank reconciliation
  • Maintain office voucher entries
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Prepare documents and presentation
  • Prepare Emails and all office related communications
  • Track Inventory and Place orders when necessary
  • Follow-up on client inquiries
  • Follow-up on pending payments
  • Able to Travel and Drive 2-Wheele
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience with office administrator or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Banking procedure
  • Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Must be able to perform GST procedure as requried
  • Diploma, B.A., B. Com preferable
  • Must be able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, & English languages
