Roles and Responsibilities
- Recollecting the same from respective department and filing the same in proper files
- Forwarding the proper and approved invoices for preparation of Cheques based on due dates
- Expenses Data Entries of all expenses in software and maintenance of proper files.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and if required visit to banks.
- Preparing statements as required by Statutory Auditors/Tax audit
- Preparing statements as required by Internal Auditor
- Preparing statements as required for GST audit
