Job Description

• Accounts Receivable Maintenance:
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records and files.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger.
• Payment Processing and Allocation:
• Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly to respective accounts.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing accounts receivable
• information.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
